Your area of responsibility

Identification of market opportunities with the help of market and trend analyses
Leading creative workshops and idea development sessions
Developing a long-term innovation strategy
Tracking and compiling R&D activity reports by aggregating data from multiple individuals; including department scorecards, monthly project reports, time reporting, and updating project status
Identifying potential cooperation partners, universities, research institutions and start-ups in order to tap into external sources of innovation
Responsible for the successful implementation of innovation projects from brainstorming to development and market launch
Collaboration in the development of new medical/ non medical products and technologies
Collaboration and follow up with product management on continuous analysis and evaluations for product optimization
Carrying out technical product analyses in the event of product problems in the market with a subsequent recommendation for product optimization
Staying informed about the latest developments in health technology, artificial intelligence, and digital health solutions
Intensive collaboration in a multidisciplinary project team with internal and external stakeholders

That distinguishes you

Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business administration, innovation management or comparable)
5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of innovation management, ideally in the healthcare or medical technology sector
Deep understanding of market and technology trends in healthcare
You are characterized by an independent, precise and goal-oriented way of working and have a hands-on mentality
Ability to motivate teams, generate creative ideas and drive innovation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive and self-reliant way of working
Fluent in German and English
