Your area of responsibility
- Writing and publishing job adverts
- Applicant management (viewing application documents, planning and accompanying interviews)
- Independent creation of job descriptions
- Independent drafting of employment contracts and contract amendments
- Independent drafting of employment references
- Maintenance of the HRI system HRworks
- Support in preparation of the payroll
- Taking on administrative and organisational tasks
- Support with projects in the HR environment
That distinguishes you
- Commercial training, ideally with a focus on personnel management
- Sound knowledge of labour, social and tax law
- Forward-looking, independent and structured way of working with a strong interest in implementing IT solutions
- Confident handling of MS Office programmes
- Experienced in the use of personnel information systems for the efficient maintenance and updating of employee master data
- Reliable and independent way of working with a high degree of confidentiality, service orientation, flexibility and team spirit
- Good knowledge of German and English
