
Logistics Specialist ( all genders)

In this role, you will serve as the key interface between the company and external warehouse providers while managing and controlling inventory levels and warehouse stock to ensure efficient and reliable logistics operations.

Your area of responsibility:
· Communicate and coordinate with external service providers, including warehouse operators and freight forwarders.
· Coordinate with Value-Added Services (VAS) with national and international warehouse operations.
· Support and manage daily operational logistics activities.
· Schedule, monitor, and track shipments as required.
· Act as the internal point of contact for day-to-day logistics inquiries.
· Manage inbound logistics activities.
· Determine demand requirements in cooperation with the planning/ disposition team.
· Maintain responsibility for warehouse inventory levels and stock accuracy.
· Perform other related duties as required.
What distinguishes you:
· Completed commercial/ business apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
· Flexibility and strong teamwork skills.
· Accurate, conscientious, and independent working style.
· Professional, reliable, and service-oriented attitude.
· Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
· Good communication skills in German and English, fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
· High level of commitment, motivation, and willingness to perform.
· Valid drivers license.
