Your area of responsibility
- General support of the online sales team in dynamic day-to-day business
- Assumption of own areas of responsibility:
- Tracking of sales key figures and preparation of relevant data for reporting
- Amazon Buy Box Monitoring
- Handling customer complaints and item suspensions
- Best Seller Analyses
- Assistance in monitoring Amazon Chargebacks and initiating appeals

- Enrolled student in a relevant field of study, preferably E-Commerce
- As a team player, you are the interface to other departments such as marketing and graphics
- Enthusiasm for digital topics related to e-commerce and trends
- Good written expression
- Good knowledge of office applications
- Good knowledge of German and English
