Your area of responsibility:
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing key accounts and strategic partners
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share with assigned key accounts
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing the market to identify market trends and competitive developments
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and proactive communication and resolution of customer issues
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts, pricing agreements, and framework agreements with key accounts
- Preparing reports and presentations for management and senior leadership
- Working closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to meet the needs of key accounts
- Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
That distinguishes you:
- Completed commercial education or related degree, e.g. in Sales
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales of health and wellness products a plus
- Knowledge of food and discount channel is a plus
- Results-oriented thinking and ability to meet sales goals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also ability to work in a team environment and willingness to collaborate
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive and self-reliant way of working
- Fluent in German and English
