• Participation in the planning, implementation, assurance, and further development of the quality management system according to ISO 13485 and other global quality requirements
• Collaboration in certification according to European regulations (MDR and IVDR)
• Identification of current regulatory requirements and adaptation of these for medical products at Medisana
• Creation and review of process descriptions and work instructions
• Assistance in internal audits and quality assurance inspections
• Contribution to ensuring national and international quality standards for various country markets
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance with quality standards

• Completed degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field, or Higher Technical Education in (Medical) Technology or Natural Sciences
• Experience in quality management (ISO 13485), preferably in the medical device industry, along with professional experience in the described field and a hands-on mentality is advantageous (entry-level candidates are also welcome)
• Additional training or experience in the field of quality management and regulatory affairs in the medical device / in vitro diagnostics sector is desirable
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented work approach and excellent communication skills
• Independent and structured work style with a high level of initiative
• Proficient in MS Office, databases, and document management systems
• Fluent in German and English
