• Managing the Oracle NetSuite implementation project for the whole group
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Lead NetSuite ERP as an administrator /system owner & developer
• Translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions, e.g. NetSuite system configurations, customizations: e.g. integrations with CELIGO, Docuware, Plentymarkets
• Identifying opportunities for automation, streamline operations and enhance overall level of IT & digitalization of the company
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems and processes align with overall business objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related qualification
• Ideally Oracle NetSuite certified
• Worked with Oracle NetSuite for 2+ years and/or experienced in implementation project of NetSuite.
• Expert knowledge in NetSuite ERP Product & Project Management, APIs, ideally experienced in EDI
• Strong experience in translating business goals in technical and functional solutions
• Combining extensive knowledge and experience in NetSuite, integrations, and technical development with deep business understanding across finance, accounting, commerce, and logistics
• Strong knowledge in data migration technologies and best practices
  Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various internal departments and external partners, fluent English and German is paramount
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high level of accuracy
