Your area of responsibility
- Project execution incl. pricing with major customers
- Preparation and submission of quotations with project scheduling
- Execution of price negotiations and contract conclusions
- Budget preparation with regard to sales and earnings in the defined customer area, monitoring progress and taking measures to achieve targets
- Maintaining existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer loyalty
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to convince potential customers of the benefits of the product
- Work closely with the branding team to develop sales promotions, provide marketing materials, and generate leads
- Continuously monitor the market and competitive situation.
- Capture and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Collecting customer feedback to identify improvement potential and adjust the product or service accordingly
That distinguishes you
- Completed commercial education or related degree, e.g. in Sales
- Experience in sales of health and wellness products a plus
- Results-oriented thinking and ability to meet sales goals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also ability to work in a team environment and willingness to collaborate
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proactive and self-reliant way of working
- Fluent in German and English
